M2M application standardization（such as smart home, vehicle surveillance）and platform construction with operators' network advantages, M2M service brings operators with bigger profits. On the other hand, M2M service limitation for enterprise customers and individual users is reduced as the operators bear the construction investment and risks, so as to promote M2M application development.

Value chain of mobile M2M is composed of industry customer, application developer, wireless terminal supplier and mobile network operator.In recent years, mobile M2M services are developing in a fast speed, but some problems are also exposed in all aspects.
