“Assurance of communication services in major events” is a service provided by ZTE to ensure the consistent communication services, and revolve network problems due to concentration of users and upsurges of traffic during major events or holidays, with all-around professional services including network technology consultation, network evaluation and optimization, professional network implementation, personnel on-duty, etc.

Analyze existing networks: Analyze the conditions, architecture and capacity of an existing network, test the conditions of the network at a macro-scale in combination with historical data, and provide expert recommendations.
Forecast service traffic: Collect historical data of the network, and conduct scientific calculations and corrections, to forecast the traffic at each site.
Build call traffic models: Refer to the models of historical data and forecast the outgoing traffic models in major events
Examine system health: Thoroughly analyze the historical operation, current conditions and risks of equipment, and produce operation analysis reports. Special health examination tools are used in diagnosing the operation and association of all network elements.
Assess network systems: Assess the entire network, analysis possible problems and risks, assess the possible impact of such risks, and prepare plans of network correction, optimization and convergence response to tack these risks.
Prepare optimization plan: Propose the plan for optimization and modification to address specific network bottlenecks and risks based on the network assessment plan.
Provide spare parts: Ensure the timely availability of spare parts at key sites.
Implement optimization: Carry out updating with patches, configuration optimization, network correction, network expansion, model balancing, etc.
Inspect the network: Tour around to inspect the network which has undergone optimization to ensure that expectations are realized.
Field personnel on-duty: ZTE will send senior experts to set up a powerful support platform to provide continuous monitoring and resolve any abnormality in the field.
Remote technical support: A remote group of senior experts are in place to understand the field conditions and give instructions by means of remote access, etc.
Real-time operation analysis: Accurately identify network traffic and symptoms of abnormalities, and analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner.
