Site acquisition involves searching for sites, route selection, obtaining letter of intent on lease from owners, participation in site survey, signing site and route leases, etc. The operator may use local resources to jointly acquire sites if necessary. Civil work design involves site survey, detailed construction drawings, submission of documents for approval, delivery of design documents, provision of as-built documents. Civil work construction include construction preparation for sites and routes, construction as per drawings, tower erection, wiring and laying, compartment installation, air conditioner installation, power supply installation, etc. Telecom equipment installation refers to installation of telecom equipment, power-on testing, software commissioning, etc. System integration is for network commissioning and testing, acceptance inspection, cutover, handover, etc. Maintenance covers network optimization, operation monitoring, equipment maintenance, etc. They cover all necessary activities.
