Integrted Project Management

With advanced tools, mature experience in project operation and management, and over ten year’s experience in engineering, ZTE carries out comprehensive project management activities throughout the lifecycle of network construction, operation and maintenance from planning and design to implementation, maintenance, operation and contracted management.

 

Flat project organization: For each project, a three level organization “decision making, management and execution” is set up. Mature systems are in place to support effective project implementation and ensure quick decision making, close collaboration, and efficient delivery of information for the project!

End-to-end project management: Each project starts at the customer’s requirements, and ends at realization of the customer’s values. During the entire lifecycle of the project, the “iron triangle” consisting of the market and business head (project manager), technical solution head (solution manager) and the contract delivery head (engineering manager) is directly responsible for the project. At the same time, the project team strictly follows the “end-to-end” in their work, use a variety of mature IT platforms and tools, and ensure that all activities are justifiable and compliant with applicable codes!

 

Strict accounting mechanisms: For each project, a dedicated accounting unit will be set up, follow the four accounting processes “estimation, budgeting, versification and final accounting”, and use specialist tools to control and balance the project funds, effectively control project costs, improve the overall profitability, and realize the customer’s values!

 

Professional engineering project management: A variety of knowledge, skills, approaches and technologies will be used in the engineering project activities to satisfy the requirements of the project. Bother management process and business process are integral parts of engineering project management. With advanced tools and mature experience in project management, ZTE combines risks, documentation, team development, communication, cost and quality management with engineering projects in an organic manner.
