ZTE University employs the mode of project operation and defines project groups based on different customer groups. Project managers lead their teams to study the needs and characteristics of corresponding customer groups for provision of customized knowledge services. The project managers are responsible for the entire process from requirement collection to product design, development, delivery, and investigation and assessment.
