ZXWR OMC—NetNumen M31, Excellent Network Manager

　 Overview

　　ZTE UMTS OMC ( NetNumen M31) provides the integrated management for all network elements. ZTE UMTS OMC is based on J2EE (Java 2nd Enterprise Edition), and compliant with TMN standards. It can be run on variant of operating systems such as WINDOWS, UNIX, LINUX, and supports many database systems such as Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL Server. Due to the advanced design, it can reduce the coupling between business and data layer; moreover, it realizes the unified management for all network elements. The figure is below:

　　• Unified management for UMTS, GSM, TD-SCDMA radio resources. The main functions include system, configuration, performance data collect and analysis, alarm, topology, log, report management, NAF with CORBA/SNMP/MML/DB.

　　• Excellent design for database layer supports variant DBMS such as Oracle/SQL Server/ DB2/Sybase/PostGreSql, etc.

　　• Patents for database DIF (Data Interchange Format) tech., three layers data processing tech., effective process to realize the separation and FSM (Finite Status Machine) between DBMS and business system, unified OS interface.

　　• Fast deployment for sites, there are a series of tools to fulfill the site configuration according to a template, the operator only need to fill some simple parameters, then the whole dataset for NE will be generated.

　　• One key to backup, restore, switch NE dataset, user can set a master and many slave datasets, when there is a need to backup/restore/switch, through a single mouse click, then the operation will be done.
