ZXG10 S8001 - a member of ZTE GERAN BTS Family

ZXG10 S8001 is a good complementary alternative for present GERAN network, aiming at lower cost, lower power, fast deployment and more service.
S8001 supports GERAN and WiFi access at the same time. Moreover, it is based on IP Abis structure, can be powered by local AC power, lithium battery and POE (Power over Ethernet).

• Fast and easy installation
  Because of small physical dimension and light weight, ZXG10 S8001 is very convenient to carry and install. The box can be mounted on walls, hanged and placed on desk.
• Smart frequency utilization
  ZXG10 S8001 can intelligently search free frequency automatically. If frequency hopping is adopted, it smartly search BCCH frequencies, and work at the weakest one. The function greatly reduces the interference within GERAN network.
• Advanced IP backhaul
  ZXG10 S8001 provides IP Abis interface. It can be connected to various data backhaul including router and intranet. This feature brings the advantage of lower cost and flexible networking of IP backhaul to maximize transmission resource utilization efficiency. 
• Safe and agile power supply
  ZXG10 S8001 is dedicated for indoor pico cell coverage. So S8001 power supply is specially designed with extraordinary choice for indoor application. It can be powered by power adapter, lithium battery and PoE (Power Over Ethernet). The flexible power supply solution meets different application requirements in various situations.
• Unlicensed mobile access
  Taking consideration of multifunction demands from customers, S8001 is hardware ready for WiFi service now. WiFi is going to be the available function through software upgrade.
