Network optimization services are intended to utilize the results obtained from network assessment services for adjusting the network resources and parameters, for resolving specific problems in the network and improving network KPIs, and take end user perception as the ultimate goal for improving the end user satisfaction and creating a quality network for the customer.
Network optimization services include: KPI performance improvement, end user perception improvement, end-to-end optimization, and specialist optimization of resource utilization.
KPI improvement: To satisfy the service requirements of different operators, KPI improvement services may be provided as resident services for routine network optimization, specialist optimization services for specific issues, such as specialist data service optimization, coordinated optimization forin-building and out-building systems, specialist single 2/3G network optimization, etc.
End user perception network optimization: This service makes use of advanced network quality test instruments and authoritative analysis reports, to assess and improve network operation quality actually perceived by users, focus on indicators affecting user perception (such as throughput and time delay), improve details in network operation, and overally improve KPIs, to make the network more perfect and improve end user satisfaction.
