Main activities include:
The centralized network management system or the network management systems of the network elements are used to monitor the entire network, send alarms, and indicate performance and operation state, to allow operation and maintenance personnel to identify and resolve network faults on a timely basis, improve the network performance and thus keep accidents from happening.
The helpdesk is an interface service for the operator. Customer service personnel or network management and maintenance personnel of the operator can contact engineers of the helpdesk via phone, email, fax, etc. to report user complaints and faults, and engineers of the helpdesk will handle the reported complaints and faults and track the progress of resolution.
ZTE has established a complete set of processes for handling faults together with a corresponding fault management system, for timely identification and handling of faults, tracking the progress of handling and finally submitting a report on fault handling.
ZTE will manage the data, performance and system parameter configuration involving units down to the level offices of the entire network.
ZTE will manage the versions of software of all network elements, and upgrade software versions on a timely basis to resolve software problems, and ensure the stable operation of systems of the entire network.
Asset management covers statistics of network elements, assessment of network element state, records of hardware and software versions, etc. as well as the coordination and management of transport of assets, including all equipment, spare parts and materials.
Performance analysis engineers analyze and adjust network performance parameters by collecting network performance parameters with network management systems or by drive test, and propose upgrading and expansion plans and programs on a timely basis, to ensure that the network performance can meet the development of users.
ZTE will conduct testing and analysis of networks, prepare network optimization programs, and conduct configuration and adjustment of existing resources, for the network performance to meet specific indicators.
ZTE’s engineers will be responsible for tour inspection of base stations, to check if equipment of base stations is in good conditions and operation conditions and environments are normal; and the field engineers will analyze and solve any fault of the base stations.
