Training

ZTE University is an enterprise internal college founded by ZTE Corporation.

In 1993, ZTE founded its training center, which was the basis of ZTE University founded in 2003. ZTE University offers technical and managerial training as well as services in connection with documentation, consultation, remote study, testing of simulation software, NC customer skill certification and learning-type hotel.

ZTE University has provided training, documentation, consultation and other services for over 200,000 domestic and foreign customers in nearly 100 countries and regions around the world.

Training

(1)　 Technical training

ZTE University provides technical training courses mainly on communication product technology, covering 3G, NGN, switch, access, transmission, mobility, data, intelligent services and handsets and all other equipment supplied by ZTE.

(2)　 Managerial training

ZTE University provides managerial training courses covering leadership, professional qualities, quality, project management, finance, logistics, marketing, HR, English language and business.
