Terms & Conditions: “ZTE Blade Twitter competition” at CommunicAsia 2011

1. This competition (the "Promotion") is open to individuals who are “ZTE Twitter followers”, defined as followers (status) of ZTE twitter account – “ZTEPress” -  under the  terms and conditions outlined in below and aged 18 years or over.

2.  In order to qualify, all entries must be original with rights owned by the entrants.

3.　The “Promotion” is not open to employees, officers and directors (and their families) of ZTE Corporation and their subsidiaries and affiliated companies; its agents or related  third parties who are connected with the administration of these promotions. Promotion entries will be void where prohibited or restricted.

4.　Entry Instructions: The “Promotion” period is stated on each individual prize draw or  competition. For ”ZTEPress” Twitter followers who are at CommunicAsia 2011 in Singapore, the competition starts at 9am  and ends at 6 pm SG time(UTC/GMT +8hours), which applies to both posting and retweets/comments; for ”ZTEPress” Twitter followers who are NOT at CommunicAsia 2011, the competition starts at 10am and ends at 5pm SG time.

5. For ZTEPress followers who are attending CommunicAsia 2011  @ZTEPress followers visiting ZTE booth, to take a photo which includes any ZTE related items (ZTE booth, logo, backdrop, products or even ZTE staff), and upload it to twitter alongside with their thoughts on either 1) "Two things I like about ZTE" or 2) ‘My　thought of ZTE’s booth at CommunicAsia…’ The ‘most retweeted/ commended picture of the day’ will win a ZTE Android phone .The participants are required to hashtag #ZTE & #CommunicAsia

6.　.For ZTEPress followers who are NOT at CommunicAsia 2011 Everyday, @ZTEPress will ask a question regarding on ZTE at any time between 10am  and 5pm SG Time. All @ZTEPress followers are welcomed to participate, and the first　one who provides the correct answer (with hashtag #ZTE) will win a ZTE Android phone.　

 7. Only one (1) entry per person/ Twitter account per competition is permitted.

8. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be processed. Incomplete and or/ incomplete entries and entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be  eligible. The “Promoter” (ZTE Corporation) will not be responsible for any entries that　are not received by it, [in full, for any reason,] by the Closing Date, whether lost,  delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or  malfunctions.

9.　All prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to (a) award an alternative prize of equal or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to vary, 　amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the “ZTE Blade Twitter” Competition or to be acting in　violation of these Promotion terms.
