In China, ZTE initiated 3G networks deployment in 2009. The performances of the networks built by ZTE were ranked the top ones on a general basis. In the overseas market, distribution centers, engineering service centers and customer support centers have been established to let the top operators better enjoy fast response and more convenient services. Engineering delivery capability became the new power to boost the company’s economic growth. From 2007 to 2009, the services CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) was 33% and among them Managed Service CAGR was up to 79%. By now, ZTE has won over 60 operation and maintenance service (MS) contracts, with a fast increasing market share.
In 2010, by providing update network planning, deployment, integration and optimization, ZTE helped operators achieve great improvement in 3G network performance and users satisfaction and started pleasant cooperation with operators concerning various 3G technical services. In 2011, the staffs of ZTE’s European after-sales team will achieve 1000, in which 70% are local rollout manager and 80% are local maintenance employees.
